Under the Silence by Bianca Moeschinger

After death ceremony wounds are open..

Bianca Moeschinger

After one has a death ceremony wounds are open, when we focus on a time in our lives at depth and bring to the surface those feelings it is going to expose the wounds. What do we do with them then.. When our wounds get exposed we firstly need to understand that they have been exposed, that our reactions are a consequence of these wounds.

Just like when you are a child a wound needs to be acknowledge and then nursed until it heals, that must be done by you, care and attention until it has healed and you can move on.

In this podcast I talk about how my partner and myself realised both our wounds were being triggered by each other.  This was an amazing Aha moment for us..
